Josette brings to Jigsaw Interactive more than 30 years of hands-on and managerial experience, particularly in the healthcare financing and IT industries.
A co-founder of the company and co-creator of its patented technology, she is responsible with key team members for the creation, planning and implementation of the Jigsaw’s immersive virtual engagement platform. She oversees all operations and business activities according to established technology and business best practices and the core values of ICARE (Integrity, Customer Service, Accountability, Results and Excellence).
Prior to founding Jigsaw, Josette founded Receivable Process Management (RPM), which works with the executive teams of both large and small healthcare facilities designing financial strategies to ensure maximize reimbursement for services provided. She grew the company and eventually sold it to United Healthcare. Before that, Josette worked with multiple healthcare companies around the United States, including the Medical University of South Carolina for which she collected more than $90 million in outstanding receivables following Hurricane Hugo.
Josette has earned numerous industry honors, including being an honoree in Women in Technology’s 2011 Woman of the Year competition and leading the company to be one of Silicon Review’s Most Admired Companies of the Year for 2016.
Ginger brings to Jigsaw Interactive more than 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, administration and operations for both non-profit and for-profit organizations in the healthcare industry.
A co-founder of the company and co-creator of its patented technology, Ginger is responsible with key team members for designing Jigsaw’s immersive virtual engagement platform. She develops marketing and sales strategies that consistently exceed sales quota and growth expectations, and builds regional sales teams and strategies to ensure solid market penetration across multiple industries. She helps Jigsaw’s customers successfully navigate the transition to digital strategies that improve performance and productivity.
Prior to her role with Jigsaw, Ginger was vice president of sales for Receivable Process Management (RPM), where she maximized sales growth and helped ensure quality customer service. Before that, she was integral in growing her division at Caremark International from $52 million to $325 million in just five years. She also co-founded Hygafem Georgia, Inc., which replaced its competitors in major accounts such as Mohawk Carpet, TRANE, Tyson Foods and ConAgra.
Ginger holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in management, both from Robert Morris University. She has earned numerous industry honors, including being an honoree in Women in Technology’s 2012 Woman of the Year competition and helping the company be one of Silicon Review’s Most Admired Companies of the Year for 2016.
James Chestnut brings to Jigsaw Interactive more than 40 years of financial experience as an independent venture capital & private equity professional.
James served his longest tenure with The Coca-Cola Company worldwide, ultimately acting as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and later Executive Vice President, Operations Support for the corporation. He retired from Coca-Cola in 2004. Additionally, James completed numerous stints as a director of public companies in the United States, Mexico and Australia.
A trustee of the Royal Scottish Corporation (ScotsCare), he now lives in the United Kingdom specializing in advising private international companies and pursuing investment opportunities in early stage companies.
